**Role Overview**:
As a **Social Media & Ads Executive**, you’ll be responsible for **growing brand presence on social media** while managing **paid ad campaigns** to increase reach and engagement. If you love **creating viral content, optimizing social media ads, and analyzing digital trends**, this is the role for you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Growth** - Manage **Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn**, ensuring active audience engagement.
- **Paid Advertising** - Run and optimize **Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads** to drive conversions.
**Content Collaboration** - Work with designers to develop **ad creatives, videos, and social media posts**.
- **Engagement & Community Management** - Respond to comments, DMs, and ensure **active audience interaction**.
- **Ad Performance & Analytics** - Track results using **Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and engagement insights**.
**Performance Goals**:
- **Social Growth** - Increase followers & engagement by **25% in 6 months**.
- **Ad ROI** - Achieve **consistent ad performance with optimized costs**.
- **Brand Awareness** - Ensure content aligns with brand identity and trends.
**What You Need**:
- **Experience in managing social media & running ads** (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- **Basic analytics skills** - ability to track & optimize campaign results.
- **Creative mindset** - ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping content
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
