**Immediate Hiring in Batu Maung**

**Requirements**:

- Solid communication skills in 3 main languages (EN, CN & BM).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Proactively seek for solutions until issues are resolved.
- Must be able to work overtime on eCommerce festive seasons such as 9.9, 11.11 & 12.12.
- Team Player, able to work in a team. Strictly No Politics in office.
- Knowledge in Photoshop/Illustrator will be an added advantage.
- Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibility**
- Managing eCommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Website)
- Liaise with product & marketing team on the upcoming deals/promotions
- Upload new product in a timely manner.
- Manage daily orders, follow up with return/refunds.
- Manage customer’s enquiry.
- Study marketplace rules & regulations.
- Keep product listing, store banner attractive at all time.
- Light graphics design and video editing task, can learn in work.

**Working Hours**

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Saturday: 8.30am to 3.00pm
