**Responsibilities**:

- Credit Control duties and administration
- Constant monitoring overdue and delinquent accounts, call and follow up closely with customer on collection
- Update receipts and follow up on customer payments/discrepancies
- Prepare periodic credit report
- Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Diploma in any relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Computer literate, strong in MS Office and able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment, self-motivated, detailed oriented, team player and possess strong problem-solving skills
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 per month
