We are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced individual to lead, monitor, and supervise our **Service, Repair, and Tire Service Center** with **15 service bays** located in Shah Alam, Section 15.

Autohaus KL currently operates **12 car service and tire centers** across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor and is expanding further to capture more market share in the coming year. If you have experience in managing car workshops, service centers, or a strong background in operations, marketing, or project management—and share our passion for growth in the automotive industry—we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and control day-to-day branch operations.
- Manage and ensure compliance with quality assurance programs.
- Act as the primary contact for customer issues related to work quality, service experience, or on-site incidents.
- Oversee inventory management, product distribution, and workshop floor arrangements.
- Analyze workflow, manpower, and space requirements; propose and implement improvements.
- Manage staff levels, wages, working hours, and contract labor in line with revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members in delivering excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director and management team to set policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring effective execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in automotive or service-related industries.
- Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
