**Job Summary**

The Logistics Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations, managing the fleet of vehicles, and supervising drivers. This role involves ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. The Logistics Executive will report directly to the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure they are completed on time.
- Manage a fleet of vehicles, including maintenance and scheduling.
- Supervise drivers and ensure they adhere to safety and compliance regulations.
- Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate delivery requirements.
- Resolve any delivery-related issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Analyze delivery performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on delivery operations.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of drivers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws related to transportation and logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
