About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistic Admin Executive to join our team at Hi-Tech Instruments Sdn Bhd in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keep track customer outstanding orders & commercial related matters
  • Handling and familiarity with shipping documents for import/export and customs requirement
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Service, Application Lab, Finance to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives
  • Responsible for all purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiation, order acknowledgement/follow up/up-date the arrival status & record
  • Other task assigned by HOD/ Management

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or logistics role
  • Diploma in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess good spoken and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude
  • Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for tasks
  • Good communication skills and can interact well with all level
