**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in asset management for HQ and logistics.
- Assist in follow-up ticketing system for maintenance works.
- Assist in filling and documents collections.
- Assist in data entries and payment in the accounting system for admin documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Research potential vendors
- Support all administrative issues.
- Organise transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
- Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
- Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes.
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).
- Responsible for tracking, receiving and stocking all items ordered.
- Ensure materials and goods are appropriately stored.
- Provide a list of all the goods and distributed to the survey sites.
- Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels to avoid unnecessary supply.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
