JOB SCOPE:
The job scope and/or description for Procurement Manager are define but not limited to as follow:
1. To liaise with project team to determine the project requirements of the project material and services need.

2. To work closely with project team and implement strategy of procuring goods and services based on project requirement.

3. To research new products and services to meet the company goals.

4. To monitor business trends and product availability to pay the best prices for company goods and services without sacrificing quality and delivery time.

5. To prepare Letter of Acceptance (LOA) or Purchase Order (PO) to Sub contractor, Supplier or Service Provider.

6. To request quotation from Sub contractor, Supplier or Service Provider.

7. To coordinate negotiations meeting with Sub contractor, Supplier or Service Provider.

8. To expediting, monitoring, and follow up the procured item delivery as per required date.

9. To review current process for procurements and make recommendation where appropriate.

10. To provide periodic reporting for management on the purchasing control and process.

11. To lead tendering team on the tender preparation.

12. To manage Contracts such as contract of supply of services, work contracts and rental contracts.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
2. At least 3-5 years working experience in procurement field or equivalent.

3. Familiar with tendering process with TNB or others.

5. Required language : English & Bahasa Malaysia

6. Required skills : Microsoft Office

7. Good communication skills, outgoing personality, aggressive, capable to work independently and can work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
