**JOB HIGHLIGHTS**

As a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist at YBS Group, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The primary goal is to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and maximize return on investment (ROI) through effective paid advertising strategies.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Campaign Planning and Strategy: Develop paid advertising strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals and target audience.
- Campaign Execution: Create, manage, monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Performance Tracking and Analytics: Monitor, analyze and generate report of campaign performance, including key metrics such as click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocate funds across campaigns, and optimize spending to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing managers, designers, copywriters, and data analysts, to align paid advertising strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, features, and best practices in paid advertising, including new ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and platform updates.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing, advertising, business, or a related field is typically preferred. However, relevant work experience and certifications in digital advertising platforms can also be valuable.
- Digital Advertising Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various digital advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, or other relevant platforms.
- Campaign Management: Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This includes setting campaign objectives, developing targeting strategies, creating ad copy, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies to improve results.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
- Budget Management: Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively, allocate funds across campaigns, and optimize spending to achieve desired outcomes.
- Creative and Copywriting Skills: Proficiency in creating engaging ad copy and compelling visual assets that resonate with the target audience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
