About the role:
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the vibrant face of our store Your mission? To provide awesome customer service to our walk-in customers, assist in the sales of pets and pet products, respond to inquiries, and handle cashier duties with flair. Your passion for animals and stellar communication skills will create a positive shopping experience for every pet parent that walks through our doors. **Responsibilities**:

- Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist walk-in customers with enthusiasm, creating memorable shopping experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Engaging Sales Support: Use your passion for pets to provide personalized recommendations and educate customers about our diverse range of products, ensuring their pets' needs are met.
- Accurate Cashier Duties: Manage sales transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit card payments while maintaining an organized checkout area.
- Effective Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, offering clear and helpful information to enhance satisfaction and foster relationships.
- Team Collaboration and Continuous Learning: Work closely with team members to maintain a positive store atmosphere, while actively participating in training sessions to stay informed about pet care trends and improve your skills.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- A genuine passion for pets, demonstrating enthusiasm for animal care and welfare.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Customer Service Orientation: A friendly and approachable demeanor, ensuring excellent service that leaves a lasting impression on customers.
