**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to customers enquiries on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat & any online platform.
- Reply to public comments in a helpful, brand-appropriate tone.
- Coordinate and schedule showroom appointment bookings with customers until after sales service.
- Follow up with potential leads to confirm bookings or provide product info.
- Guide customers through online purchase options when applicable.
- Report feedback, complaints, and common enquiries to the marketing/customer service team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
- Any ad-hoc tasks from head of department.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM and above
- Related experience, such as customer service and telemarketing.
- Can start immediately

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
