**Provide support to Finance and Accounting Department**
- **Processing business expenses**
- **Manage day-to-day transaction.**
- **Maintain company purchase and sales ledgers.**
- **Bank reconciliation**
- **Managing payroll**
- **Record office expenditures and ensure these expenses are within the set budget.**
- **Liaising with third party provides, clients and suppliers.**
- **Perform basic administration task including filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.**
- **Complete financial reports on a regular basis, records and statements to provide information to Finance.**
- **Update and maintain procedural documentation.**
- **Calculate and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.**
- **Manage petty cash transactions.**
- **Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.**
- **Collaborate with HR Department when necessary.**
**Other additional duties may be assigned from time to time.**
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Batu Caves: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- English and Malay (preferred)
