Manager QAqc

Description:

- Responsible to plan a systematic way of controlling the construction of the project in order to meet the required standard and specification.
- Responsible to provide documents of evidence that the works have been planned and carried out to meet the prescribed standards and specifications and be kept as a life time record.
- Monitor and verify that all construction operations are conducted in accordance with the established quality procedures.
- Maintain quality records and document control system for the project and ensure that all personnel and subcontractors are working to latest and updated information.
- Monitor and review non-conformance and corrective actions, maintain record and ensure the corrective actions are compiled.
- Report periodically to the company management the state and performance of the Quality System for review to identify any possibility improvements.
- Liaising with the Consultant’s and client for status approval.
- Perform internal & external audits on behalf of the company.
- Attend quality management meetings as required.
- Monitor and follow up with site team and sub-contractor for closing non-confirming report (NCR).
- Handling hand over documents to client.
- Coordination with laboratory testing, site team and consultant for any material testing.
- Arrange factory visit with supplier and contractor.
- Ensure compliance of Safety, Health and Environment (S.H.E) policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineer or its equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years working experience specialising in QAQC for civil / construction field, experience in **hospital & commercial building** will be added advantages.
- Attention to details and high level of accuracy
- Posses own transport and will to travel.
