**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a logistics and supply chain supervisor, your role would involve overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the logistics and supply chain operations within a company. Your main responsibilities would include:
1. Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels, avoiding stockouts or overstock situations, and minimizing holding costs.

2. Order Processing: Supervising the order processing system, from receiving customer orders to ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.

3. Logistics Coordination: Coordinating the movement of goods, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery to customers or other locations.

4. Vendor Management: Working with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, ensure quality products, and manage relationships to meet service level expectations.

5. Cost Control: Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the supply chain processes.

6. Quality Control: Overseeing quality assurance procedures to ensure that products meet the required standards.

7. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and implementing strategies to mitigate them, such as developing backup suppliers or contingency plans.

8. Team Supervision: Managing and leading a team of logistics and supply chain staff, assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.

9. Data Analysis: Utilizing data and analytics to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve logistics and supply chain processes.

10.Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, customs, and trade requirements.

11. Continuous Improvement: Implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the supply chain's efficiency and effectiveness.

12. Crisis Management: Being prepared to handle emergencies or disruptions in the supply chain and devising strategies to address such situations swiftly.

**WORKING TIME**:

- NORMAL 8.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
- SATURDAY 8.00 AM TO 1.00 P.M

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
