Job Descriptions: '¢ To engage with varieties of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) opportunity. '¢ To keep the CSR strategy and programmes under review and adapt as appropriate to stay with the company objectives. '¢ To prepare paperwork of CSR program for management approval. '¢ To coordinate and lead the approved CSR activity. '¢ Work closely with involved stakeholders to source for items for CSR program. '¢ To manage the approved budget to ensure budget is adhered. '¢ Ordering, collecting and packing all of the items for CSR program. '¢ To write, edit and proof variety of CSR reports and documents. '¢ Connecting with various media platforms to enhance the program coverage. '¢ To maintain good relationship with the partnering organizations for future potential partnering. '¢ To work closely within the department and to participate in all company's events as planned. '¢ To take other roles and responsibilities that deem suit with career development. Requirements: '¢ Possess at least Diploma in Mass Communication, Corporate Communication, Public Administration or equivalent. '¢ At least 3 years of working experience in Corporate Communication, CSR, Public/Media Relations, or related field. '¢ Prior experience in Media or Government Relations is an added advantage. '¢ Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor (HQ). '¢ Good interpersonal skills '“ pleasant & strong communication with all level of people. '¢ Accurate attention to detail. '¢ Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. '¢ Strong time management and project management skills. '¢ Outgoing & highly motivated. '¢ Possess valid car driving license (D or DA). '¢ Willing to travel & committed to the job assigned.
