**Company Overview**:
Klinik Bukit Serdang is a healthcare clinic located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Managed by Pinnacle of Success Sdn Bhd (SSM 20240100827), the clinic provides a range of medical services, including general healthcare, occupational health services, and women's health services. And now We are looking for a committed Content Creator cum Social Media Executive to join our healthcare team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute creative content (images, videos, infographics) for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platform promptly.
- Collaborate with doctors and staff to create educational and promotional content related to health, treatments, and services.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Keep up to date with social media trends, healthcare industry updates, and competitor activities.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and patient inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, Ai, Capcut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital advertising is an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in healthcare or clinic-related marketing is a plus.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
