E-commerce Operation Supervisor/ Team Lead

Responsible for daily operation and management of the company’s e-commerce platforms (Eg. Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and tmt.my etc)
- Duty roaster arrangement and alignment will all related parties such as customer service, operation and fulfilment hub.
- Monitor and improve operational workflows, from order processing to inventory management and shipping
- To lead a team of operation associates, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and customer service
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across teams
- To liaise with external partners such as logistics and suppliers to resolve operational issues and internal parties such as warehouse and product team to ensure stock replenishment on time to support a smooth fulfilment process
- To develop and implement strategies to improve the customer service, including returns, shipping and fulfilment process
- Work closely with marketing, product, and IT teams to support campaigns, launches, and site functionality
- To track incoming payments as well as outstanding invoices and to ensure all are receivable and addressed promptly
- Analyse e-commerce performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- To prepare and present reports on overall performance to senior management when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

**Job Requirements**
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and order management systems
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and familiarity with inventory management systems

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
