To operate the retail store by undertaking sales & operation duties in order to achieve company’s sales objective.

Store Management
Execute daily retail operations jobs.
Implement all internal store SOPs.
Sales driven to achieve sales target.

Sales and Customer Service
Greet customers.
Interact with customer and provide good customer service.
Handle customer enquiry and customer issue.
To find items in the store for customers.
Check for stock or order requested stock for customers.
Provide customers with information about items.
Maintain after sales service.
Ring up purchases.
Elevate complaints to Store Manager / Store in-charge.

Visual Merchandising Management
Understand the visual guideline and maintain the visual merchandising of the retail store.
Maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.

Inventory Management
Keep track of inventory.
Assist on the entire stock management process and prepare all necessary paperwork.
Maintain, replenish and upkeep of store according to brand image and standard.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
