Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet to drive efficiency, productivity and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with Rodalink’s policies and procedures.
- Uphold corporate brand image and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage outlet manpower including planning, training, supervision and succession planning.
- Execute sales plans, conduct sales analysis and manage outlet sales & profitability.
- Handle inventory control and outlet security.
- Provide feedback on sales & customer service issues with proposed solutions.
- Coordinate with Marketing on promotions, in-store activities and visual merchandising.
- Maintain outlet housekeeping standards.
- Support roadshows, trade exhibitions and events.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent (extensive experience without qualification may be considered).
- At least 3 years’ experience in retail or a similar role.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of bicycles is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages an added advantage).
- Customer
- and service-oriented with strong leadership, supervisory, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
- Open to relocation within Rodalink outlets if required.
