**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Support Daily Outlet Operations**
- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations including floor and kitchen coordination.
- Ensure smooth shift transitions and proper handover between shifts.

**Staff Supervision**
- Supervise crew members to ensure they follow SOPs in service, cleanliness, food handling, and customer interaction.
- Act as the shift leader when the Manager is not present.

**Customer Service**
- Ensure guests receive excellent service.
- Handle basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the manager.

**Inventory Control & Ordering**
- Monitor stock usage and assist in stock ordering and receiving.
- Alert manager of low stock or over-usage.

**Training & Development**
- Assist in training new crew members.
- Guide team on product knowledge, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.

**Cashiering & Reporting**
- Ensure accurate handling of cash and POS transactions.
- Prepare shift-end sales summary and reports if needed.

**Outlet Cleanliness & Safety**
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
**Education**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma in F&B, Hospitality, Business Management, or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- Minimum **1-2 years** working experience in F&B (restaurant or café environment), with some leadership or supervisory exposure.

**Skills Required**:

- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to guide, coach, and motivate a team
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Basic computer/POS knowledge

**Others**
- Willing to work **shifts, weekends, and public holidays**:

- Able to work in a **fast-paced environment**:

- Willing to be **transferred/placed** at any outlet if needed

**BENEFITS**:

- Basic salary range from **RM2,000** based on experience.

**WORKING HOUR**:
**45 hours on six-day work week basis**. The working hours, schedules and rest days for the outlet employees will be arranged and determined by the Outlet Head on a roster basis in accordance with the Company’s operational policies.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
