**Keperluan/Tanggungjawab**:

- Menjalankan pemeriksaan rutin bangunan dan peralatan untuk mengenal pasti dan menyelesaikan isu.
- Lakukan tugas penyelenggaraan seperti HVAC, paip, elektrik dan pembaikan pertukangan.
- Diagnosis sistem, radas dan komponen yang tidak berfungsi untuk mengenal pasti punca kerosakan dan membetulkan masalah.
- Bekerjasama dengan ahli pasukan untuk memastikan projek siap tepat pada masanya.

**Kelayakan**:

- Berpengalaman dalam JuruTeknik Bangunan atau serupa dengannya.
- Berkemahiran menyelesaikan masalah dan analisis yang kuat.
- Berkeupayaan untuk bekerja secara berdikari dan dalam satu pasukan
- Mempunyai lesen memandu yang sah dan rekod pemanduan yang bersih (GDL&PSV diutamakan)

**Waktu kerja**:

- Isnin - Jumaat: 8 pagi - 5 petang
- Sabtu: 8 pagi - 12 tengah hari
- Ahad: Rehat

**Gaji**:

- RM 2,000 - RM 3,000 sebulan
