**ROLES & RESPONSIBLE**:

- Responsible on the local worker’s discipline in the hostel and ensure workers adhere to hostel company policies and rules & regulations.
- To ensure the general well-being of the residents which includes cleanliness, health, housekeeping, all maintenance issues, safety and security.
- To conduct patrolling at the hostel from time to time including inspection / spot checks.
- Monitoring and oversees inspections of the hostel facilities & accommodation and fill in checklist.
- Setup of new hostel including furniture and its necessities for new workers.
- Guarding the premises against intrusion on unauthorized entries.
- To provide effective security and safety coverage of the facilities and premises.
- Permitting only authorized person/visitors to enter the premises.
- Assist in workers needs and welfare; medical related issues.
- Protecting company equipment and properties against act of vandalism, theft or sabotage.
- Patrolling and doing a day to day spot check and reporting any disciplinary problems & misbehaviors.
- Identifying any hostels damages and repair required.
- Documenting and record information in standard form for any hostels repair and complaint.
- Monitoring any hostels maintenance work and repairs to ensure good quality work.
- Coordinate for room allocation & keys distribution for new join staff.
- Monitor collection of utilities bills (electricity & water) every month.
- Assisting HR staffs on any matters related to employees and hostels.
- To response during crisis situations such as an emergency a riot or a natural disaster.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees required to wear mask, record daily temperature, keep distance and follow SOP at the workplace.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
