1. Retrieve MAPS data from completed job, interpret, analyze data and report to Sales Coordinator. 2. Received sales order from sales coordinator, print customer drawing, create job order, scheduling new job and print barcode drawing for production process 3. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness 4. Inform Sales Coordinator of unforeseen delays or problems 5. Monitor the production progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements 6. Prepare Delivery Order (DO) upon received shipment information from QC 7. Report to Sales Coordinator on all changes or requirement. 8. To update order summary & follow-up all delivery status, handle customer complaint. 9. Control Inventory Stock/Consignment record and report 10. Ensure adherence to laws and policies. 11. To undertake ad hoc and special assignment assigned by management. 12. To facilitate the growth and development of the Company.
