Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager and Head of Department in developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives and expand market share.
  • Manage and expand customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, sustained satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or surpassing individual and team sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and markets within industrial and engineering sectors.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and principals to build strong and lasting relationships.
  • Ensure effective project planning and pre- and post-sale follow-through by coordinating closely with the Service Department, other internal teams, and vendors to provide seamless solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
  • Candidates with strong credentials and a good track record may be considered for a managerial position.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • ⁠Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and own a car.
  • Willing to travel overseas for occasional work-related trips or training on short notice.
