Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager - Asia based in Europe (Hungary) and or in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India or Vietnam. The candidate will oversee and manage sales activities in the Asia region, build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, and drive the achievement of sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies defined together with HQ, identifying growth opportunities, and providing excellent customer support. This role requires regular travel for client meetings, business development and training of new and existing sales colleagues, while also allowing for some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales of spring loaded test probes and account management, and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the PCB test equipment industry, Wire Harness Testing Industry or a related technical field.
  • Proficient in strategic planning and analyzing market trends for business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English; additional Asian language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle multiple projects.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Test Technician or Engineering background is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar geographic region or working with clients in Asia is preferred.
  • High-Level relations with OEM, CEM and R&D centers is needed
