**Job Title**: Finance Controller - Hospitality Division
**Salary**:RM10,000 - RM15,000
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis**
- Lead the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and financial forecasts for the hospitality division.
- Analyze financial results, identify key performance variances, and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Partner with senior leadership to support long-term financial planning, resource optimization, and cost management.
**Financial Reporting**
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal reporting policies.
- Deliver regular financial updates and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
**Cost Management & Profit Optimization**
- Monitor and control operating expenses across all units within the division.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved operational efficiencies.
- Evaluate pricing models and revenue streams to drive financial growth and sustainability.
**Internal Controls & Compliance**
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to protect company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee compliance with hospitality industry regulations, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
- Manage internal and external audits, addressing any discrepancies or areas for improvement promptly.
**Cash Flow & Treasury Management**
- Manage the division’s cash flow to ensure operational liquidity and financial stability.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking relationships, and cash reconciliation processes.
- Liaise with financial institutions to streamline cash management and optimize financial transactions.
**Team Leadership & Development**
- Lead and mentor finance teams, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Promote a collaborative, solutions-oriented work culture aligned with divisional objectives.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior financial role and over 10 years in the hospitality industry.
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a multi-property or division environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and hospitality-specific practices.
- Proficiency in financial tools such as Opera PMS, Finance Q3, Property Oracle, and Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving business setting.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Deep understanding of hotel and F&B financial operations, revenue management, and event-driven budgeting.
- Experience collaborating with senior executives to influence business strategy through financial insight.
- Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies within finance teams.
**Working Conditions**:

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
