Food Technologist

As an intern in the Innovation team, you will primarily assist the Food Technologist & Dietitian, gaining hands-on experience in operations and inter-departmental coordination. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and understand the intricacies of innovation and product development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in development and formulation of nutritional products based on customer requirements, industry trends, and regulatory requirement by conducting research on ingredients, nutritional value, and market trends to identify opportunities for product development.
- To maintain accurate documentation of all product formulations, ingredient specifications, and processing parameters.
- Assist in surveying market trends and nutrition into a new product concepts and guiding in product innovation. Provide insights and interpretation of nutrition knowledge and targeted population nutritional needs into practical and feasible product concepts and solution.
- Assist in lab scaled food processing (e.g., Retort, Spray Drying, RTD, and Homogenization). Understanding of lab analysis to innovate and improvise on the method for food processing to ensure quality products for customers.
- Assist in reviewing and validate product nutritional criteria and claims in compliance with regulations, guidelines and standard.
- Any other responsibility that assigned by superior from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Preferably for internship that is more than 3 months
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Applied Science / Nutrition or any related field from recognized universities.

Pay: From RM1,100.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
