Food Technologist

You will be reviewing and updating the Group's quality system policies, manuals, SOPs and work instructions;
- You will conduct internal quality audits on an interval basis;
- You will liaise with external quality auditors, certification bodies & government regulators;
- You will be managing non-conformance reports ('˜NCR'), investigating root causes, recommending, and implementing corrective or/and preventive actions within set time frames;
- You will conduct daily product QC analysis, prepare relevant reports, and be responsible for the release of finished products;
- You will be acting as a quality document controller. Product Development - You will be involved in the improvement of existing products and development of new products;
- You will lead a team of production floor staff including supervisor/operators in meeting production targets and KPIs. - You will take charge of overall production improvements, machineries maintenance/service scheduling including running production trials as well as sourcing/ recommending new production equipment in our expansion plans - You will work with QA/QC team closely in ensuring SOPs compliance and QC online control - We will be providing you with much-sought technical experience by working closely within a small team, giving you unparalleled opportunities to interact with the senior management team and to build your professional skills.
