**JOB SCOPE PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR**
1. Generally to gather and verify information for background screening, private investigation, security investigation, surveillance and writing investigation reports.
2. Your tasks require you to:
a. Watch, listen, and work undercover to get photographic or video evidence.
b. Conduct tailing, close surveillance, background inquiries and online research and take incriminating photographs and videos.
c. Undertake investigation for third party clients in child custody battle, cheating spouse or a contentious divorce case, etc.
d. Monitor and observe crime suspects or individuals.
e. May be tasked to gather financial information on frauds, debts and help to uncover illegal and deceitful transactions. For cases that require special skills, specialists may be called in to assist.
f. Appear in court trials to present evidences and stand in as a witness.
g. Prepare reports and case summary at the end of every investigation.
3. Assist in the operations of TCSSSB.
4. Conduct any other investigations when required to do so.
**JOB REQUIREMENT PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR**
- Basic academic qualification at least SPM.
- At least one year experience in Private Investigation tasks.
- Have knowledge on techniques of tailing, close surveillance, discreet photo/video taking and usage of spying gadgets.
- Understand rules of evidence and legality of obtaining information and evidence.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
