**Job Summary**
**Strategy**
- Support for Critical Middle office roles for Control Monitoring and Detect discrepancy in bookings and highlight to FO.**Business**
- OTC Products: FX, FX Options, Interest Rate Swaps, Commodities, Credit Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Money Market and ESG products.
- Electronic executions across Markitwire, RTNS, Bloomberg, ICE Link etc
- New and Amended Trade Validation
- Exception Management Controls such as Trade flow monitoring from execution Venues to TP
- FO Supervision Controls
- New Products & Business Enablement
**Processes**
- Middle office Exception Management Controls, Interface monitoring queues to check Execution venues flows to Transaction processing systems.
Reconciliation of (FOBO) Front office Back office, Interdesk and intersystem reconciliation.**Risk Management**
- Highlight Potential Risk and take the necessary steps to mitigate risk of Trade Controls**Skills and Experience**
- Downsteamr workflows and System such as Murex, Razor ,TLM
- Trade Reconciliation
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Min 5 years and above of relevant experience (financial markets products)
- Good Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Presentation skills
- Knowledge on reconciliation flows
- Exploring on Operational Excellence
- Continuous improvement
- Good knowledge on Excel, Power Point
- Stakeholder Management
