About the Role

Process new business, renewals, and change request from group policy holder as per stipulated benchmark and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.- Performing day to day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on daily basis.- Ensure meeting personal quality, productivity, turnaround time, and attendance benchmark.- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirement.- Ensure team operating efficiency. Job Requirements:
- A recognized tertiary Bachelor's Degree qualifications.- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.-
- Positive attitude and willingness to share and learn.- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal guidance and is a team player.- Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday).- The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar.
