**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Oversee the social media network marketing strategy
- Write and optimise content for the Company’s social networking accounts such as
- facebook,Instagram, youtube, Google Ad & website.- Posting
- Live chatting with customers through PM & WhatsApp messages.
- Respond to customers enquiries on product, pricing and follow up payment.
- Close sales over the phone

2. Actively promote and drive traffic to Company’s online stores on Lazada and Shopee
- 3. Ensure that Ad copy & spending is consistent with Company’s goals
- 4. Analyse campaign data & traffic and recommend improvement on performance
- 5. Set up and optimize Company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of
- Company’s social content.
- 6. Plan, conceptualize and implement marketing ideas (online & offline).
- 7. Advertise and manage Company’s products/services in social media, e.g. Fb, Website,
- Instagram, WhatsApp.
- 8. Assist in managing daily online sales activities, digital advertising and campaigns to
- achieve sales targets.
- 9. Share daily/weekly/monthly contents to engage audience to take action.
- 10. Track, analyse and report on campaign performance.
- 11. Develop new customer database via creative sales activities.
- 12. Assist in brainstorm and idea planning.
- 13. Other ad-hoc duties.
- Facebook & Google Ads- Manage FB & Google Ads for online products sales.
- Produce expected leads based on budget
- To achieve company sales target for online business.

Follow up customer based on database- Check on product receive status
- Advise customer on how to use / consume product
- Gather new testimonies from online customers

Prepare Report- Analyse campaign & traffic and recommend improvement on performances.
- Marketing report for online product sales, send (every Monday) and cc to sales manager and Dr Krishnan.
- Monitor leads report and liaise with HQ team (everyday).
- Conversion report for advertisement (every Monday)

Ad Hoc Duties- Online platform support for certain targeted product
- Attend training organized by company.
- Adhere to rules and regulations set out by company from time to time.
- Cooperate with colleagues across team to achieve company goals.
