Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and customer needs.
  • Manage Marketing Budgets: Oversee and allocate marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and maximize ROI on campaigns.
  • Handle Branding Activities: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Maintain Relationships with Vendors: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for events, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track Customer Engagement: Use customer feedback, surveys, and analytics to measure engagement and make data-driven improvements to marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Manage social media accounts, content creation, and online campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in marketing or related roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships welcome).
  • Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or Meta Business Suite.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for delivering quality results.
