Internship Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in real-world marketing and sales operations. The successful candidate will assist in promotional campaigns, customer engagement, digital marketing and sales coordination efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Support sales team in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and preparing sales materials.
  • Participate in product sampling or roadshows (when applicable).
  • Help manage social media accounts and content creation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Update and maintain CRM databases and sales records.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing and sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and a good team player.
  • Possess own transport is an added advantage (for fieldwork).
