Position: Marketing cum Sales
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturdays, 2x/month)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Restoran Asam Pedas London, No. 2 & 4, Jalan 2/12, Bandar Baru Selayang, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor
Job Scope
1) Promote Catering Services - Create and carry out marketing plans to promote catering services to companies, individuals, and event planners.
2) Manage Client Relationships - Build good relationships with both new and existing clients by answering inquiries, suggesting suitable packages, and keeping in touch regularly.
3) Marketing Campaigns - Plan and run marketing campaigns both online (like social media and email) and offline (like brochures, food fairs, and on-site events).
4) Client Meetings & Event Planning - Meet clients and visit event locations to understand their needs for events like weddings or corporate functions, then suggest suitable menus and services.
5) Meet Sales Targets - Work towards hitting monthly and yearly sales goals through active marketing and closing sales deals.
6) Coordinate with Teams - Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and clients are satisfied.
7) Prepare Documents - Handle important paperwork like quotations, contracts, reports, and sales records.
8) Stay Updated on Market Trends - Keep an eye on the latest trends in the catering industry and suggest new ideas to improve marketing strategies.
9) Provide Great Customer Service - Respond to any complaints or issues quickly and professionally to keep clients happy.
10) Represent the Company - Attend events and exhibitions to promote the company and build new business connections.
Preferred Qualifications
1) Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the F&B or catering industry
2) Strong communication and negotiation skills
3) Ability to manage multiple client accounts and events simultaneously
4) Familiar with digital marketing tools and strategies
5) Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
6) Able to work both independently and in a team
7) Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary
Minimum education requirement: Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
