Marketing Duties:

  • Develop marketing strategies to increase restaurant sales and brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute monthly promotions such as new menu launches, special discounts, or festive campaigns.
  • Manage the restaurant's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with engaging and consistent content.
  • Run digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to attract new customers.
  • Analyze marketing performance and prepare reports on the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers, food bloggers, and local communities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Create and distribute physical promotional materials such as flyers, posters, banners, and discount cards.

Graphic Design Duties:

  • Design visual promotional materials such as posters, menus, signage, social media graphics, and digital ads.
  • Ensure all designs align with the restaurant's brand identity (logo, color palette, and style).
  • Produce high-quality visual content for both online and offline promotions.
  • Edit food photos and promotional videos for use in social media and digital marketing.
  • Work closely with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure that promotional designs accurately represent real products.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut / Premiere Pro.
  • Basic understanding of restaurant marketing strategies and social media trends.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
