OVERVIEW

The Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting the company's brand presence and product promotion efforts through both digital and offline channels. The role involves ensuring accurate and engaging representation of the company's products on digital platforms, executing marketing campaigns, and driving engagement through social media and email marketing. The position contributes directly to strengthening brand visibility and customer connection in alignment with company objectives.

Website and Content Management

  • Ensure the company website is regularly updated with the latest product information, campaigns, and news.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to maintain accurate and appealing product listings, images, and descriptions.
  • Monitor web performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.

Social Media and Digital Marketing

  • Manage and schedule content for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Develop engaging posts and multimedia content in line with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor social media engagement and analytics to measure performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated with social media trends to ensure the company remains current and relevant.

Email Marketing and Customer Engagement

  • Plan and execute email campaigns to promote new products, updates, and events.
  • Segment email lists and tailor content to specific audiences.
  • Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.

Marketing Campaigns and Promotions

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Support product launches, events, and exhibitions through coordination of materials and logistics.
  • Work closely with design and sales teams to develop promotional materials (flyers, banners, digital ads).
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for campaign support when necessary.

Branding and Collateral Support

  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Support the development of marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, and videos.
  • Keep an organised system for marketing material inventory and distribution.

Market Research and Reporting

  • Conduct basic market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
  • Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing improvements.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports to summarise activities and outcomes.

Other Duties

  • Support interdepartmental marketing needs and internal communication initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital communication, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
