About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Tropica Beauty Sdn. Bhd. in Batu Caves, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to promote our range of premium beauty and skincare products.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, SEO, EDM, etc.).
  • Manage and monitor the performance of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and optimize digital content such as graphics, videos, captions and blog posts to support marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze website traffic, social media analytics, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital dashboards.
  • Manage online advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) and optimize campaigns for ROI and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices to improve marketing strategies.
  • Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, social media growth, and marketing ROI.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and e-commerce teams to create engaging and visually appealing content to attract and convert potential customers.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy to support the company's business objectives

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, SEO/SEM and any marketing platform.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to develop engaging content and visuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, and digital advertising platforms.
