We are looking for a proactive and energetic Operations & Admin Executive to handle daily administration, operations, and marketing team supervision for our Immersive Museum Batu Caves project.

You will oversee immersive- museum operations, manage staff performance, and drive ticket sales by leading a small on-ground marketing team targeting tourists at Batu Caves.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily museum operations, including ticketing, cleanliness, and staff coordination.
  • Handle procurement, petty cash, maintenance scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare daily reports (sales, visitor numbers, expenses).
  • Maintain operational checklists and ensure smooth visitor experience.

Marketing Team Supervision

  • Lead and motivate 3–4 marketing promoters selling tickets to tourists.
  • Assign daily and weekly sales targets; monitor achievement and provide feedback.
  • Conduct basic training, field visits, and performance tracking.
  • Implement incentive plans and report marketing outcomes to management.

Admin & HR Support

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and staff recruitment.
  • Manage office correspondence and documentation filing.

Marketing & Coordination

  • Support marketing campaigns, posters, and social media promotions.
  • Liaise with internal digital marketing team for updates and events.
  • Coordinate during launch events and visitor promotions.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in operations, admin, or team supervision.
  • Good leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English & BM (Tamil advantage).
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with Google Sheets, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solver, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
