**Job Description (JD)**:
We are seeking **two (2) Physical Security Specialists** to support and enhance the company’s physical security operations across our sites. As part of our business expansion, this role ensures the protection of assets, facilities, and personnel by implementing and maintaining robust physical security measures. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and vendors, with occasional travel between sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement, monitor, and evaluate physical security systems and procedures across facilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and propose enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and servicing of security equipment (e.g. CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
- Support investigations related to security incidents and generate accurate incident reports.
- Assist in the development and training of emergency response procedures and drills.
- Work closely with site management to enforce security policies and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation related to security systems, protocols, and incident logs.
- Liaise with authorities or regulatory bodies when required (e.g. in cases of breach or incident).
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between MMP and MNG sites when performing inter-site duties.

**Job Requirements (JR)**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, Safety, or related field.
- 2-4 years of working experience in security management or related fields is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of physical security systems (e.g. surveillance, access control).
- Ability to conduct site inspections, write incident reports, and perform threat analysis.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Others**:

- **Travel**: Occasional travel between **Prai & Batu Kawan** sites is required.
- **Contract Type**: 1-year contract, renewable based on performance.
- **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
- **Availability**: Immediate starters are preferred.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
