JR47219 People Excellence Specialist
- Overall site coordinator for site people engagement program in partnership with global learning, workforce development and wellbeing team, including short-term/long term planning, event coordination and closure.
- Work closely with Site Business Leaders to identify and complete strategies to elevate workplace experience, boost employee morale and enhance employee engagement.
- Support HR Business Partner and Program Management Office (PMO) in People related programs (for e.g., Employee Pulse Survey, Rewards & Performance Management, Leadership Development program, rewards & recognition program, Corporate Social Responsibility, etc.).
- Facilitates internal Communication channels, ensuring information flow within the factory is efficient and aligned with corporate messaging.
- Work closely with Global Communication Team to create and distribute newsletter content to keep employee advised about update, achievement, and important announcement.
- Bridges communications gaps between different departments promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Be responsible for the People Council forum which serves as a platform to secure management support and decision in launching people engagement related initiatives.
- Support Organizational Change activities for business functions to elevate the outcome of successful change.
- Performs people related reporting and data compilation as requested by Business Partners/Analysts.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Master in Human Resources, Mass Communication & Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence and build positive relationship with partners.
- Posses’ strong presentation skills and different multimedia tools.
- Ability to interpret data and transform those insights into measurable strategies.
- Self-motivated, possess initiative and ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
