**Job Description**:
As an Operational Specialist specializing in Product End-of-Lifecycle Management, you will play a crucial role in efficiently and effectively navigating the various phases of a product's lifecycle. This role involves coordinating cross-functional efforts to streamline the end-of-life processes, manage inventory, and optimize resource allocation. The Operational Specialist will work closely with product development, supply chain, demand planning, and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth transition from product maturity to retirement.

**End-of-Lifecycle Planning**:

- Collaborate with product development teams to gather insights into product life cycles and anticipate end-of-life scenarios.
- Develop and implement comprehensive end-of-life plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and communication strategies.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and analyze inventory levels of end-of-life products to minimize excess stock and associated costs.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory through promotions, discounts, or other strategies.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product managers, sales, marketing, and regional teams to ensure a unified approach to product phase-out.
- Facilitate effective communication channels to share end-of-life plans and updates across the organization.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of end-of-life processes, including documentation of key decisions and actions taken.
- Generate regular reports on product lifecycle status, inventory levels, and performance against end-of-life goals.

**Customer Communication**:

- Develop and execute communication plans to inform customers, partners, and stakeholders about product phase-out timelines and alternatives.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to end-of-life products in a timely and customer-centric manner.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the end-of-life management framework.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement best practices and lessons learned from previous product life cycles.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, supply chain, or product management, with a focus on end-of-life processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
