**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Pharmaceutical/ Science/ Quality Assurance/ other related field.

**Job experience**
- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in QA within a pharmaceutical or medical device warehouse.
- Well versed in GMP, GDPMD and ISO 9001 Certification Standards.

**Technical skills**
- Microsoft Office, Supervisory, Coaching, Basic Computer Knowledge

**Language proficiency**
- English & Bahasa Melayu

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Support and ensure all quality related activities and programs that are carrying out company wide.
- Support management to achieve company targets and goals assuring all quality activities and operation run smoothly.
- To work closely with related department to maintain and control SOP’s and quality record according to document control system.
- To ensure all the recording is legible and as per quality record procedure requirement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (NPRA, MDA, etc.) and internal SOPs.
- Conduct routine warehouse inspections, audits, and documentation reviews.
- Manage deviation reports, CAPA, change controls, and quality incidents. Responsible in coordinating with relevant department on the root cause investigations.
- Verify non-conformance/ deviation (photos, batch information and etc of the damaged and defected Products/ Base Stocks) prior reported the non
- conformance to relevant parties.
- Oversee product receiving, storage, and dispatch processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and maintain quality-related documents (SOPs, WIs, logs, etc.).
- Support in training programs for warehouse personnel on GMP/ GDPMD practices.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and participate in internal/external audits.
- To monitor and control all document and record to suit with document and record control system. To verifies that specification documents used are up-to-date and available.
- Ensuring Self-inspection to be conducted to ensure company operation comply with regulatory, customer and legislative requirements.
- Responsible for process quality improvement related activities. Responsibility scopes cover all area of Tranz Alliance's process, customer and, supplier that may affect quality of product or service to customer.
- Lead as a leader and encourage self-reliance and self-development.
- To monitor calibration activity and arrange calibration devices/equipment.
- To perform quality audit and participate in Quality Audit. This will involve in corrective and preventive action and monitoring (GDPMD and Internal Audit).
- Highlight quality problems detected and to propose the improvement action to QA Manager.
- Giving inputs in preparing training manuals and quality guidelines, and performing other tasks assigned by the QA Manager or Managements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
