**Job Overview**:
Performs general repairs and may include repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors & other building fixtures, plumbing, changing bulbs and routine maintenance on building systems, residential, commercial, etc,etc.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Check and inspect all lightings, fittings and timers to ensure its functionality.
- Record the meter reading of the main bulk water meter and the sub-water meter readings.
- Inspect toilets, plumbing installations and sanitary fittings at least twice a day and carry out all necessary maintenance and repair works.
- Inspect all exit doors/door closer/locks/hinges and ensure that they are in good working condition.
- Inspect, maintain and repair all finishes to the floors, walls and ceilings.
- Attend to emergency and maintenance calls in the building during and after office hour.
- Installation inspections, diagnosing faults, testing, replacement, repair and maintenance of building fixtures and fittings
- Carry out maintenance and minor repairs including painting and filling gaps or crevices on walls or sidewalks, carpeting, installations, etc
- Repair equipment or appliances as well as help tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or heating, ventilation, and air condition (HVAC) repairs
- Fill gaps and provide painting services
- Regularly perform various landscaping tasks
- Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/ Diploma or any relevent experiences in Technical studies, Engineering, other related fields (ie SKM,TVET,etc,etc).
- Preferably with Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Electrical, Extra Low Voltage (ELV), Plumbing or Building services related certifications.
- Min 2 years of experience in building and facility maintenance and/ or property management of residential properties.
- Preferably experience and hands on experience in maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air condition (HVAC) systems in facilities/buildings.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with building mechanical and electrical systems including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general building works.
- Good knowledge on usage of a variety of maintenance tools.
- Ability to work after business hours, and on weekends and public holidays, as and when required will be advantages.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting in a flexible, adaptable manner.
- Basic experience and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) (added advantages)
- Good time management and customer service skills.

Note: contract basis and renewal on yearly basis depending on performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
