1. Prepare monthly report as in standard process

2. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance

3. Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work

4. Supervise and train maintenance technicians

5. Supervise and assist technicians/contractors during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)

6. Supervise, inspect and maintain building systems including mechanical system (electricity, air-condition, pumps and motor, cold water, LPG, ventilation etc.)

7. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment

8. Participate in coordinating projects (e.g. renovations)

9. Carry out daily/weekly/monthly electrical meter reading on switchgear, transformer and MSB

10. Carry out generator set testing and the system

11. Monitor, check and carry out work related to fire alarm system, electrical riser board

12. Attend all power failure and rectify promptly

13. Liaison with relevant authorities body on inspection of the building (TNB, DOSH, BOMBA, etc.)

14. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
