**Job Description**:
**Main purpose**:
The Production Executive develops a culture of ownership in the team with high action orientation and commitment for results which delivers manufacturing excellence.

Delivers the shift contribution to the Compelling Business Need - CBN, long term (Value Creation Plan - VCP) and mid-term (Annual Operations Plan - AOP) plans cascaded from the area/line strategy which continuously over delivers on company goals.

Lead and develop all associates in the area/line and through collaboration with key stakeholders such as maintenance, Safety Health & Environment - SHE, quality.

**Safety Health Environment**:

- Delivers a Safety Health and Environment culture and role model behaviors. Responsible for Safety Health and Environment requirements (as defined by the Safety pillar) and legislation implementation and complies to legal and corporate standards & policies. Executes with speed actions related to Safety
- Coaches and challenges Team leaders to continuously improve Safety at the workplace
- Participates / leads investigations of incidents near misses, ensures organization incidents are shared and, all relevant lessons learnt are applied - Acknowledges good safety performance and reviews Safety performance during daily Operations Performance meetings Structure - OPS

- Holds Team leaders to account for safety performance and commitments in line with Global Safety approach
- Develops the Safety competence of all associates, (new) employees, temporary staff and contractors in the area/line
- Ensures that the area/line/line is a healthy place to work. Escalates and/or implements solutions to impact risks in ergonomics and working conditions.
- Responsible for the Behavior Safety programs and audits specific risks (PTW, LOTOTO) in the area/line.
- Drives adequate risk management and ensures adequate execution of risk assessment in the area/line through as examples, incident investigation, Behavior Observation System - BOS. Works continuously on risk prevention and elimination
- Immediately corrects any substandard condition or unsafe behavior. Encourages feedback routine between peers through using applicable tools such as Behaviors Observation Safety -BOS. Checks that this done to the required standard.

**Quality**:

- Supports a Quality culture and role model behaviors. Responsible for Quality requirements (as defined by the Quality pillar) and legislation implementation and complies to legal and corporate standards & policies. Executes with speed actions related to Quality
- Control of Standard Formulation.
- Leads Root Cause Analysis - RCA for quality failures in the area and ensures action plan execution
- Coaches and challenges Team leaders to continuously improve Quality at the workplace
- To ensure process/operation compliance to HACCP/GMP & ISO requirements

- Delivers a Quality culture and role model behaviours. Responsible for Quality requirements (as defined by the Quality pillar) and legislation implementation and complies to legal and corporate standards & policies. Executes with speed actions related to Quality
- Develops the Quality competence of all associates, (new) employees, temporary staff and contractors in the area/line (100% trained and qualified on mandatory quality trainings)

**Leadership**:

- Support Human Resource requirements and legislation implementation and complies to legal and corporate standards & policies such as setting objectives in line with the plant objectives, actively participating in recruitment and hiring processes and onboarding new associates
- Support absence management and overtime reduction in the area/line
