**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Production Supervisor in the daily running of production.
- Ensure operators achieve/ perform to daily targets and output.
- Verify rejects from line and daily reporting of production output.
- Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labour to Production Supervisor.
- Work closely with support staffs such as Technicians, Manufacturing Engineer, Production Supervisor and Warehouse to resolve issues.
- Observe, maintain, coordinate and complete standard work.
- Sustain and drive lean manufacturing and 5S activities.
- Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the Company’s Quality System.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
- At least 2 years of leadership/ supervisory experience in manufacturing industry.
- Required skill(s): problem solving skill, technical skills, detail oriented, organized, basic understanding of computers.

Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
