**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1) Oversee discipline, housekeeping and safety practices adopted.

2) Monitor process parameter to ensure daily smooth running of production line.

3) Staff arrangement and on the job training for staff.

4) Work closely with QA to ensure production staff follows food safety and food hygiene practices.

5) Ensure production of consistent quality products.

6) Ensure proper completion of the daily production checklist and records.

7) Schedule and execute all the job orders issued from the sales department while maintaining all the product specifications and quality standards.

8) Plan daily production schedules and work allocations.

9) Assist Production Manager in managing of production plant.

10) Ensure compliance of production processes with work quality requirements, work instructions and ISO/GMP requirements.

11) Take corrective and preventive actions on quality, process and manpower issues.

12) Train, guide and monitor Supervisors and Line Leaders.

**Requirement**

1) **Education level**:
Possess Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science/Agriculture or equivalent.

2) **Skill**:
a. Knowledge on quality management system such as ISO, HACCP and GMP.

b. Proficient in spoken and written English language and Bahasa Malaysia.

c. Strong leadership and management skills.

d. Computer literate and able to communicate with all levels of personnel.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
