JR56335 Material Supervisor
- Directly lead and manage a group of operators and/ or admin /Line Leaders to meet the factory goals on Safety/Quality/Control/Delivery and Efficiency.
- Ensure all employees are working in a safe manner/environment, with a commitment to safety policies and comply to documented procedures.
- Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met by coordinating the work of Team Leaders and production employees, including monitoring production flow to make needed adjustments to meet all customer production requirements.
- Ensure Operator / Shift Lead / Admin trained and certify according to Business needs
- Monitoring the material withdrawal from Warehouse planned based on loading VS budget.
- Review & update for assembly material handling Spec / process according changes Business needs
- Monitoring Indirect Material consumption (MVA)
- Revisit Min / Max / ROP for assembly ROP as per loading
- Ensure inventory transaction been place in timely manner
- Practice FIFO & disposition flow for expire material
- Establish Material Handling Standards
- Work with Purchasing to identify critical suppliers and develop localize 2nd sourcing strategy
- Identify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programs
- 100% training & certification Completion for direct reports
- 6S Transformation

Job Requirement
- Any Bachelor’s degree / Advance Diploma any fields will also be considered.
- Preferred 3-5 years’ experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test Operations and/or EMS related operations.
- Individuals with validated leadership skills and enjoy working with mínimal or no direct supervision.
- Able to handle multiple priorities/tasks efficiently. Exhibit interest in learning & possess good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, self-motivated and leadership skill with a very positive attitude towards working as a team.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in shift patterns and support overtime as & when a business need arises.
- Broad technical knowledge in problem solving analytical skill (FMEA, Lean and/or other tools)
