We are seeking motivated and hands-on Site Supervisor / Project Engineer Interns to join our project team. You'll assist in supervising daily site activities, monitoring progress, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are met. This internship offers valuable on-site exposure and learning opportunities in construction project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily site supervision and ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in site documentation, reports, and photo records.
  • Help monitor material usage, delivery, and quality control.
  • Support the Project Engineer / Site Supervisor in handling technical issues and coordination meetings.
  • Ensure site safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Site Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings and site operations.
  • Willing to work at project sites and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or site measurement tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM RM500.00 per month
